Gerianne de Klerk, CPsychol
Gerianne is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over two decades of experience in designing and shaping scientifically grounded psychometric products and talent assessment solutions. Her work focuses on understanding how individual values, work environments, and culture intersect to drive engagement, job satisfaction and ultimately, performance. With a background in developing scientifically validated tools that capture the nuances of employee experiences, Gerianne brings a data-driven, psychometric approach to this project.
She holds a Masters in Clinical and Organisational Psychology from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands and is a recognised expert in the fields of psychometrics and people analytics. Gerianne has been involved in numerous projects where she has helped organisations better understand the drivers of engagement and alignment through evidence-based assessments.
Together, Christos and Gerianne are spearheading the development of this cutting-edge assessment methodology that seeks to redefine how organisations measure and cultivate culture, climate, and engagement. Their combined expertise ensures that this solution will be both practical and scientifically robust, helping organisations create environments where both people and businesses can thrive.
Christos Malliaros, CPsychol
Christos is a Charted Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). He is an HR Consultant and HR Tech product development director with over 17 years of experience in designing and implementing talent identification and development solutions for multinational clients. Christos has extensive consulting experience across Hong King, China, Singapore, SE Asia and India where he spent over 10 years of his career. His experience covers projects across industries such as banking & finance, pharmaceuticals, engineering, oil and gas, transport, manufacturing, hospitality, and telecommunications. His contributions extend to competency design, organisational culture and values definition, executive coaching as well as development scalable digital HR products.
His last corporate role was Director of Product Management for a leading HR Tech provider, specialising in the development of new psychometric talent assessment and insights where he was able to develop new, innovative, and award-winning digital talent products.
Christos holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University, London and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan university. He is passionate about creating workplaces where every individual can thrive and contribute their unique strengths.
